1. No Return Policy
As we deal with consumable food products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or leaked
Wrong product delivered
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement or refund:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Include your order details
Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement will be provided for eligible cases
Delivery time for replacement may vary based on location
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
